My account 3-4months ago was getting several matches without paying anything. For the past 2 months, i literally got 0 matches. Not even 1. Not even any bot/spam match. So i figured i can try their boost. So i got the boost, used super swipes, used spotlight. Same. 0 matches. I think their algorithm flags some accounts to get 0 match and convert them to paid users.

So this is bad user experience, i reached out to them explaining the issue and asking them for a refund. They simply said we dont refund any payment lol. Like how? Everyone do refunds. So i told them u leave me no option but to do a chargeback ( which i did ), and then they replied saying no refund as well, and sent tips to complete the profile to get matches lol.

It is a complete waste of money, and ttheyre so bad compared to tinder ( when u pay on tinde, u get 100+ matches )

I highly dont recommend the product at all.

Bumble is a reallly good instagram Add on! Bumble shows you pretty instagram woman in your city.

Bumble is really nice, because you dont need any premium. Just write the them on there instagram page. Its just as easy. Just dont swipe on them so you dont reach the limit.

Bumble... when u pay no one likes u when u don't pay you get 6 likes in 6hours... as a bloke looking to meet women i wont be using them again.

As someone that has been on and off apps for the last few years I will tell you with 100% sincerity that Bumble is a pure cash grab app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BUMBLE. THE ALGORITHM WILL BURY your profile as soon as you pay. When you do get matches, they will most likely be low ELO score matches that will never message first.

I downloaded Bumble and Hinge at the same time- Bumble 7 matches- not a single first message. Hinge- over 85 messages and I got laid on the first date. STOP USING BUMBLE! LET IT IMPLODE ON ITSELF.

I'm genuinely confused. I'm not hideous. Im a woman with a nice face. I have 150+ likes and yet when I swipe I am getting no matches? But I can see my matches for $20? Like...what? Seriously what? I am generously swiping right too like, on BFF and dating and I just don't understand how I have gotten zero interaction with a single person. I'm following the directions to get more engagement and yet it's like, I have to struggle to maybe have an interaction with literally anyone at this point. Like not even trying to get laid or make a friend I'm genuinely still using this app to see how long it takes me to even get to the HELLO HOW ARE stage. What's going on here?

Just like every other dating site complete waste of money firstly the cost of premium membership then their are further costs like super swipes complete rip off and on top of that nothing but time wasters who supposedly express an interest in you but don't respond complete rip off at least Facebook dating is free you can see profiles and communicate for free still full of time wasters but it's free!!!!!!!
I forgot to add another annoying point in the search criteria for example potential matches no more than 10 miles from your location in reality despite it say only 10 miles away from you in most cases its totally false from my experience its actually 30 miles or more away and I also suspect that the initial interests are fake save your money

They still refuse to do anything about the useless insecure men who only use this app as their ego boost. Many women on here have complained about that yet they still give the same vomit inducing AI generated response which does not address the complaint in the slightest. Why are you not implementing something that could prevent low life garbage men to just swipe right on people with no intention of replying to them? Oh thats right because then they would lose their customer base. They like making you think something is wrong with you and preying on people”s insecurities which makes them stay on the platform and pay for extra features. They have no intention of getting people off their app and find a meaningful partner because then they would loose audience and money so their interest is to keep you there as long as possible. Sad but true. Its hilarious that they describe themselves as a woman empowerment app while constantly giving men the upper hand with their implemented default features. I think only a veeery small minority of people have success on this app and those are probably the type of people that wouldnt need an app anyway to meet someone.

Disgusting, soul destroying, scam app. You pay for the premium subscription, get a sudden flurry of 20 matches. Then, nothing for months on end. You cancel your subscription and then...wow! Lots of mysterious people start liking you. But, you can't see who and none of the people you swipe on match. The only way you can see those people is by re-subscribing to a premium subscription....how strange! You should be ashamed of yourselves, but you evidently have no shame and you're in the market to exploit lonely and insecure people under the pretence of being an 'empowering' and 'alternative app'. Worse than Tinder which was formerly the lowest common denominator of dating apps. You've taken that crown hipster-scammers, well done!

I'm not sure if this is a dating app problem or specifically a bumble problem but more often than not, I end up blocking the men I meet. I was raped on a bumble date and I have been working with police to track him down. I don't know his last name and I blocked him and reported him to bumble but not the police. I'm finally ready to talk to the police about it, so I asked bumble if they could help me and it took them weeks to respond. I eventually sent them a DM on Instagram and then they responded. They wouldn't give me the information of my rapist because of their privacy policy and I get that they don't want vigilantes but the way they worded it felt like they were more interested in protecting the privacy of my rapist instead of helping me with the police. Then they shared with me some $#*!ty blog post with advice on how to stay safe on dates which only reiterates the fear that it was my fault. I'm really disappointed on how they treated me, especially since their branding is all about supporting and protecting women

Cannot even view who likes you without having to pay an astronomical amount of money so a pointless app

I'm sure plenty of legitimate bans are placed each day on creeps and solicitors, but I'm a normal guy who just randomly had his account deleted without warning or reason. Customer support has also ignored me completely.

Poor service and poor attitude when comes to sorting my problem out.

I applied to be placed on a waitlist of an IRL event in Birmingham on May 11th. A friend of mine did the same AFTER I applied and has been told he has a place, I haven't been given one.
Clearly places are NOT allocated on a first come first served basis?
On trying to get hold of Bumble to ask for a reason (are they basing invites on age, he is younger than me, I thought age was a protected characteristic and invite could not be based on it) I tried their email and was met with what us obviously a bot. I have tried IM ing on Facebook but again no response from an actual human being.
There is no telephone contact available either.
Please rectify this Bumble and offer me a place and I'll write you a better review.

I was banned some months ago (without a reason and they didn't even refund my premium account). I tried to create a new account some weeks ago (new phone, new pictures, new number) and after an hour or so I WAS BANNED. I didn't even swipe, didn't put anything in my bio, NOTHING. This app farms and keeps your biometric data, AVOID THEM LIKE AIDS
EDIT 1: Read their reply, they don't even talk about biometric data. SCAM COMPANY THEY WILL SAVE YOUR BIOMETRIC READINGS WITHOUT CONSENT!!!!!

Beware don't pay for any of their services don't purchase likes, don't purchase compliments, don't pay for anything in bumble it's a fraud scam app, most of the pictures are fake with bumble operators employees behind the pictures you see in the app, 80% are fake pictures, bumble employee's repost old pictures of members who left the app and they use those pictures to entice you to pay for compliments and pay for beeline which Is another scamm of the bumble company
